Hawk Kroeger

I write software that has to stay true after the first demo. Games with a shared sim that the server will not start if a replay diverges. Internal platforms with architecture tests, cost gates, and docs that read like a lab notebook.

The personality leaks in the names — Lortimus, Wrights, festering fields — and then the docs go forensic. A task is done when the verify command passes, not when the code looks right.

The indexed career starts in 2010: 12,024 commits across 153 repos. Before that the work is real and not in this archive. A decade of that count is Lasso CRM, a public homebuilder product. After that, enterprise platforms — including LORE — and a workshop of games and tools.

Recent work: Wendlemire, a dark-fantasy arena combat game with anatomical body-part simulation, and LORE, a repository-intelligence platform with agentic sandboxes and a persona that is only allowed to observe. The numbers live on the ledger.
