Homebuilder CRM
Lasso CRM
A decade inside a public product: PHP core, then Java services, then the split that let a homebuilder CRM keep shipping.
The long middle is the product.
Lasso CRM is the software new-home sales teams actually run. I spent the 2010s in that tree — first the PHP application, then the Java services around it, then the collector and client/server work that kept the product from becoming a museum.
The indexed ledger shows 4,524 commits under Lasso identities across 20 repos, and more under later addresses that still landed in that org. 2014 is the peak year on the chart. The work is the long middle: the kind that does not fit a launch post.
What I can say in public: the product still ships. The internals stay with the company that owns them.
What holds
- 4,524 indexed commits under Lasso identities
- PHP core grown into Java services without a rewrite-as-theatre
- Peak year 2014 — 1,882 commits across the wider ledger
- A public product; the shop keeps the rest
